  Chinese Tomato garden infringement case follow-up. Behind-the-scenes staff “disappear”.

Tomato garden is chinese website,they provide crack version microsoft OS and other software.

  A few days before, they were accused of infringement.  Two company that colsely related to Tomato garden, “Red apple”  and  “Gong soft” were affected,and now Red apple has closed their door, their staff has disappeared.

“All staff has beed out for learning, please anybody and anything  waiting for us back”

 

Microsoft China offical reply:Tomato Garden has been in the software piracy for a long time. Include Microsoft, many foreign software company were suffered serious demage. In view of this, Microsoft and other companies have complainted to State Copyright Bureau and public security department for this.
